Actions a person performs before the Consul or its delegate in order to obtain a document that is accepted by Ecuadorian authorities. 

Affidavit: Document that holds the testimony of a person about actions or facts from which has certainty and/or knowledge. The statement is given under oath.

Household Goods: Document that contains the testimony of a person who is returning to Ecuador, it is about the household goods or working equipment that will be sent back to Ecuador.

Parental Consent to leave the country and authorization to issue passport for all minors under 18 years old : Document through which the father, the mother or the person that exercises the parental authority over the minor, authorizes the issuing of the passport and/or the departure of the minor from Ecuador abroad.

Signature verification of non-public documents before the Consul: Act in which one or several people sign a document before the Consul or his/her delegate

Protocolization of a document: Act in which, by request of one or both parts, the Consul or its Delegate add a document to the official Files of the Consulate, in order to leave record of the document file and the issuing date.
